We were exposed to these incredible boards by a chef friend many years ago. After 15+ years of using them religiously we wondered during the pandemic, when we were trapped at home cooking every night, why only professional chefs seemed to know about them. Why was it such a well kept secret? We decided to adapt the original and bring it to the end consumer.

The large board measures 18x12x1" and weighs 11lbs,
The medium board measures 9x12x1" and weighs 6lbs.
Not dishwasher safe -high heat is detrimental
Scrub as you would any handwashed item and dry or allow to dry
To restore to former glory use a fine grained sanding sponge
